Recently, Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical received the “Notice of Approval for Clinical Trials” issued by the National Medical Products Administration, granting approval to conduct clinical trials of CXJM-66 injection for use in surgical anesthesia and postoperative pain management. This product is a novel molecular entity drug independently developed by the company and is classified as a Class 1 chemical drug under the registration system.

CXJM-66 is a novel sodium-ion channel blocker with a unique structural design. It blocks the influx of sodium ions into the cell membrane, inhibits the transmission of neuronal excitatory signals, and is不易 washed out, thereby producing a prolonged anesthetic effect. Non-clinical studies have shown that a single dose of CXJM-66 injection can significantly exert analgesic effects, and no obvious toxic reactions were observed, indicating good safety.
The development of CXJM-66 Injection represents an important strategic move by Yichang Humanwell Pharmaceutical in the field of anesthetic and analgesic drug research and development. Following receipt of the clinical trial notification for the aforementioned drug, the company will promptly commence the relevant preparatory work. Once the clinical studies are completed, the company will submit an application for marketing authorization and proceed with the approval process for production and market launch.
