Wuhan Fuli Kang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is building a pharmaceutical formulation research base that complies with both Chinese and international quality systems. The base provides pilot-scale technical support and production services that meet international standards for pharmaceutical formulation technologies, helping to align pharmaceutical formulation R&D efforts with global standards. The company boasts domestically advanced production lines for injectables, lyophilized products, and oral solid dosage forms. It represents another key development for Renfu Pharmaceutical Group—following its successful export of soft capsules to European and American markets—serving as a joint U.S.-China R&D, joint application, and production-export base for tablets, capsules, and injections. The facility adheres to the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for pharmaceutical production in Europe and the United States.
As of 2022, there are 7 innovative drug candidates in development, with 6 more in the R&D stage. These efforts are being carried out in collaboration with companies including Renfu Pharmaceutical Group Research Institute, Chengdu Zeling, Jiangyin Biorisen, and Shanghai Sandia. The focus is on developing high-end dosage forms, gradually shifting from exporting OTC products to exporting generic drugs (ANDA), and ultimately pursuing a development strategy aimed at exporting new drugs.
