Oral Solid Dosage Forms (Capsules, Tablets) – China-US Dual Submission

　　The solid dosage form OSD workshop obtained FDA cGMP certification in 2019. It is capable of performing wet granulation, drying, dry granulation, bulk mixing, tableting, coating, capsule filling, inner packaging, and outer packaging. This facility is well-suited for the large-scale production of new drug varieties as well as high-value, specialized drugs, orphan drugs, anti-cancer medications, and clinical samples. We provide services to pharmaceutical companies worldwide, addressing challenges throughout the formulation R&D and manufacturing processes, and supporting our clients in rapidly advancing and bringing their new drugs to market.

Injection Production Line (Vials, Small Syringes, Lyophilized Products) – Small-Batch CMO

　　The injection production line—including lines for small-volume injections and lyophilized powder for injection—features advanced dual-chamber isolators, negative-pressure weighing hoods, and domestically leading wash-fill-seal equipment. The equipment supports liquid volumes ranging from 10 L to 500 L and is suitable for producing vials of various specifications, from 2 ml to 30 ml. While ensuring high production quality, this equipment minimizes drug solution loss during the manufacturing process to the greatest extent possible.
