Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the negotiation of externally sourced projects and be responsible for drafting contracts related to external projects.
2. Provide technical support for product development and, for products developed under contract, identify the causes of any issues that arise during the production process and conduct investigations.
3. Conduct product improvements, adjust the formulation process, and explore the optimal formulation.
4. Responsible for preparing, drafting, reviewing, and submitting company product documentation to ensure compliance with both domestic and international product registration requirements.
5. The business departments of the service company provide technical support to the business units and facilitate the execution and implementation of various projects.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a pharmacy-related major;
2. 2-3+ years of experience in formulation drug R&D and project management;
3. Good English proficiency, especially in reading and writing (CET-6);
4. Possesses strong professional knowledge and solid organizational and management skills.
